Green Communities partners with a construction house on the west side of Michigan to create our prebuilt homes. Models come in three sizes to accommodate a variety of budget sizes. We work to deliver mid-century modern homes, popular in the Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. Mid-Century Modern “MCM” 2050™ is about building homes of the future for our clients today.
MCM homes from the 1950s, though very stylish, were not energy efficient. We take that popular design and we’ve added an energy-efficient net-zero design aspect to it.
